Based in Honolulu, Dani brings an operator’s perspective to family continuity: clear responsibility, thoughtful coordination, practical handoffs, and respect for the independent professionals already advising the family. Her professional work is rooted in operating systems: identifying who is responsible, sequencing what must happen, organizing information, documenting handoffs, and coordinating the people needed to carry out a plan.
Estate Operator applies that discipline to families. The work begins before a crisis, while the family can still ask questions, resolve assumptions, involve the appropriate professionals, and decide how it wants the plan to function.
